SHEER STRIP / CLEAR NASAL STRIPS
PULLED YOUR MOUTH TAPE OFF AT 3 A.M.?
If breathing through your nose still feels difficult, covering your mouth hasn’t solved the problem.

The restriction is still there.

See what the lift changes ↓A LITTLE LIFT. MORE ROOM FOR AIR.
The flexible bands gently pull the sides of your nose outward, supporting the opening as you breathe in.
Less narrowing means less resistance to airflow—and less struggle drawing air through your nose.

WHY THAT EXTRA ROOM MATTERS
A narrow nasal opening makes air harder to draw in. External support can reduce that resistance.
And your evening carries on ↓Each design improved these measures compared with no strip in a single-day study.
Healthy adults tried three external nasal strip designs in a randomized crossover study. Researchers measured nasal dimensions, airflow and resistance, alongside participants’ ratings of breathing ease. This was general nasal-strip research, not a Nightbloom trial or a study of overnight sleep improvement.

KEEP THE STRIP ON. CARRY ON.
Put it on while you wind down. Talk to your partner. Finish your drink. Your mouth can do all the things it normally does.
YOU STILL LOOK LIKE YOU
A clear strip lets your skin show through. Wear it before lights-out, beside your partner, or around the house.

THREE SIMPLE STEPS
01Remove oil and moisturizer from the area.
02Center the strip across the lower bridge.
03Secure the adhesive ends against your skin.
That’s the immediate difference to notice. If it still feels blocked, the cause may need more than external support.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Apply it correctly, then breathe normally through your nose while awake. Does drawing air in feel easier? That immediate change is what to look for. It doesn’t measure sleep quality or oxygen levels.
Strips support the sides of the nasal opening. They don’t resolve every cause of blockage, including swelling or deeper obstruction. If nasal breathing stays difficult, get the cause assessed.
Easier nasal breathing may feel more comfortable, but the strip does not hold your lips or jaw closed. It cannot guarantee that you’ll stop mouth breathing during sleep.
The most direct benefit is easier nasal breathing. Sleep studies of external nasal strips have mixed results. Nightbloom hasn’t been clinically tested for better sleep, energy, or oxygen levels.
Nasal strips are not a treatment for sleep apnea. Snoring with gasping, witnessed breathing pauses, or substantial daytime sleepiness warrants clinical evaluation.
Each strip is designed for a single use. One pouch contains 30 clear strips.
Apply to clean, dry, intact skin and stop if irritation occurs. Follow the product label for materials, wear instructions, and removal.
